I had raccoons living in my chimney. Megan came out same day that we spoke on the phone. She mended my broken chimney cap to prevent raccoons from reentering until I could get it replaced as well as closed up a hole leading to my attic for more preventative measures. I highly recomend ARC! Jonathan was very professional and courteous! I had a racoon in my roof and attic. He walk me around my house and explained everything he would need to do and showed me pics of the damage. He responded quickly any time I sent a text. The racoon was caught. We had European starlings nesting in our second floor dryer vent. Jonathan came out within a few days of my call to remove the nest, clean out our whole dryer duct, and install a new vent that is both bird proof and doesn't trap lint at the opening. He did a great job and it didn't even take very long. He also helped me identify a spot on our house where starlings had likely nested in the past (but our new roof has kept them away). Jonathan was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable!  He gave me great advice and tips on how to prevent infestations in the future. Jonathon came out within 24 hrs of calling about bird in and out of wall.  Hole on outside of house. We made sure nothing was moving in there to ensure bird(s) out and then he sealed the hole and even painted over using the paint I had to match.  Total time was about 1.5 hours!!!  A great job!!!! He came out and pointed out exactly how the racoons were getting in our soffets and porch. He set up cameras and traps and then eventually closed up the soffets so they couldn't get back in. The racoons were having a serious party up there. Would def recommend using this company.
